In Switch to Sweden, we would like to invite you to Nothern Talent Matchmaking. This is the chance for international students from all universities in Sweden to meet companies in the north of Sweden!
This is an exclusive opportunity for international talents and companies in the north of Sweden to meet and network through a matching tool based on fields of study, specific skills, and motivational factors. How can you apply? Please find here the registration for companies and talents below.

Cruitive provides the matching tool that matches companies and talents based on specific competencies to create the best match for all. Here you can find more information about how the matchmaking tool works.

Talents with the highest score
The talents who score the highest on the matchmaking tool, based on business needs and talent competencies, will be invited for a meet and greet.
What happens next?
- After registering, all companies can create the talent profiles that they are looking for. Various positions and fields of study can be created with specific skills.
- All international students can register by selecting specific skills and motivation factors in the matchmaking tool, (it is possible to upload a CV as well).
When and where are the meetings going to take place?
March 1 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. via Zoom.
When is the last day to register?
Companies and students can register until February 17. All the participating companies should have at least one talent profile by this date.
When are the matches going to be run?
All companies and students profiles will be matched on February 20
When is the deadline for companies to approve the matches?
To participate in the activity, all companies must approve the student matches before February 22. Students will then receive a notification about your interest in meeting them.
When is the deadline for students to approve the matches?
All students should have approved and selected a booking time to meet with companies by February 24.
Do you have extra questions?
We will host a Q&A for companies on February 14. Another Q&A will be held for students that have extra questions on February 17
