We mainly share information and recommendations on what are the best steps to explore a career in Sweden. We also create matchmaking activities with international talents who are already in Sweden and companies on a regional and national level.
We share information and recommendations on the benefits and processes of working with international academic talent. We also invite all companies in Sweden to participate in matchmaking activities to meet potential international talent directly.
The AI Matchmaking Tool works through a question form. The questions cover specific skills and motivational factors. Companies and students must fill out the same form and the answers are compared through the tool.
If there is a high degree of compatibility between the answers, it will be a positive match. If the answers of skills and interests are incompatible (the candidate does not have the skills or motivations that the company needs), then it will not be considered a match.
