Switch to Sweden matchmaking event

Due to the growing need for cybersecurity skills experienced by companies in all industries, we are pleased to invite all companies in Sweden and international students to a unique cybersecurity talent matchmaking activity.

During East Sweden Innovation Week we have the opportunity to match international academic talent and Swedish companies to meet in a new way through an AI matchmaking tool based on skills and motivation factors. This matchmaking event is an activity of Switch to Sweden, a project financed by Vinnova to increase qualified matches between international academic talent and Swedish companies.

An AI tool will match the competency needs of companies with the competencies of talent in our database to create the best match for everyone.

Talents with the highest score

The talents that score the highest in the matchmaking, based on the needs of the companies and the talent competencies, will be invited to a meet and greet. There will be an opportunity to meet digitally or at the event.

When?

This talent matchmaking activity is part of the East Sweden Innovation Week agenda. The Meet & Greet will be held in a digital meeting on November 10. Feel free to spread the word and invite related companies or candidates who may be interested in this initiative!
