What will you be working with?

As Process Development Engineer, you will be a part of our Process Development team. Your mission will be to enhance production capacity and quality in the roll to roll based manufacturing processes. You will proactively search for and evaluate new production technologies to secure that our manufacturing has a high degree of digitalisation and automation. Hence, you will be a key actor in ensuring Epishine’s continued growth and success.

Your main tasks will include the construction of new production tools, implementation of new technical solutions and production troubleshooting. Moreover, you will coordinate actions together with other teams, as well as with external suppliers and other production partners.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to grow together with us at Epishine. We believe that you have a relevant engineering degree in combination with a technical or mechanical interest. You are a hands-on type of person, with a proven ability to materialise ideas. If you have experience working with production process development it is beneficial, however not a requirement. As our teams consists of colleagues from various parts of the world, you must be comfortable communicating in verbal as well as in written English.

Additionally, you are adaptable and comfortable working both independently and together with others. You have good communication skills and can with ease collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders. You are open to new, innovative ways of working with process development, automation and digitalisation. This includes having a curious, problem-solving mindset, and you are not afraid to propose new solutions. Last but not least, you are a reliable “doer” with a can-do attitude.
