The Position
We are now strengthening our team with a skilled and engaged Business System Manager to join our central IT function within Toyota Material Handling Europe. You will play a key role in optimizing our business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will lead a group of high performing Application Specialists and Service Managers within our Marketing & Sales business area. Together with other managers you will contribute to steering strategic initiatives, working closely together with our business units. In this role you report to Senior Manager Business Systems, Sofia Nisseus. Occasional travel within Europe occurs in this role.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between IT and the business units to ensure that the IT solutions successfully support the business.
- Coach and lead the maintenance team, supporting, internal routines.
- Actively plan and develop our business processes and systems to optimize efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Responsible for maintenance of our business systems for Marketing & Sales.
- Be responsible for project- and resource planning and risk analysis.
- Supervise and guarantee the daily operations of the business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
Your Profile
- Experience in maintaining business system, such as ERP, CRM-systems or BI solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in monitoring and administration of an organization’s information technology systems.
- Proven ability to understand business requirements, explore diverse solutions, and articulate them in a clear and structured manner.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
- Relevant university degree or working experience that our company considers as equally applicable.
