Join our annual Innovation Workshop on Sept 14th

Element Materials Technology are inviting us all to their new facilities in Tannefors, Linköping. The theme of this year is Competence – how to find young talents and specialized seniors and retain knowledge inhouse.

We will dive deep into how Element Materials Technology work with competence and diversity as a guiding star, and workshop together around the question “How to find new talents and keep material knowledge over time”.

As the cherry on top Element Materials Technology will invite all participants to a guided tour of their brand new test facilities!

I want in!
Sept 14th, main event 12.00 – 16.00, tour at 16.00
We start with mingle and lunch.

Background

Every year IMA arranges an inspirational, future-oriented innovation workshop together with one of our member organizations. Last year Siemens Energy invited us to their facilities in Finspång, and the year before that Saab opened their doors to over 70 people from different material companies from IMA network.

The idea of these events is to focus on concrete company challenges coming from the hosting organization. By keeping a low threshold and addressing issues that involve many different members with varied experiences, we exchange knowledge and find possible solutions together during the workshop.
