IFS is looking to recruit an experienced and impactful HR Business Partner, providing first class global support to our HR Director R&D and key stakeholders within the R&D organization.
As an HR Business Partners (HRBP) you collaborate, challenge & enable the organization to accelerate & achieve IFS business strategy. The HRBP contributes to company performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. In addition, the HR BP partner with the management and coach, challenge and provide managers with guidance in everyday work regarding how to use Global HR processes and work as a leader and with employee engagement.
The HRBP is often a member of the management team/s of the part of the organization the HRBP is supporting and is expected to take an active part in fulfilling the objectives for the management team.
This role will mainly support our R&D functions Business Applications as well as Service Applications on a global scale (Approx. 550 FTE). Partnering Senior Leadership and various layers of management in each function to deliver full life-cycle operational excellence across the globe and implement HR strategy to achieve business goals.
The HRBP is will personally own full HR support to our Global resources in the defined functions and work through the matrix organization. Working closely with the local/regional HR teams, Global Finance and COO Office as well as our HR Experts for Talent/Reward/Recruitment, you will contribute to people plans by providing analytics and insight to translate business need into people initiatives. You will build strong relationships with key client stakeholders yet be flexible to pick up projects and other work as required across R&D HR or HR in general.
To be successful in the job we believe that you have good collaborating skills and are used to work with stakeholder management, act on own initiative / a self-starter. You need to enjoy working in a fast-changing environment, can deal with high levels of ambiguity and handle changes with integrity and a positive approach when concealing managers and leaders. Since you are acting as a coach and advisor to Leaders and Managers in a Global context you need good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
