Position Details and Application
The position is full time on-site at Softube headquarters in Linköping Sweden, and we would like to fill this position as soon as possible. EU citizen applicants are very welcome, many of our current employees are from other countries than Sweden, and English is spoken at the office.

Job Description
- Assist with logistics, orders, pricing, communications, e-commerce campaigns
- Assist in implementing the yearly promotions calendar, according to the annual sales plan
- Assist in the management of distributors/dealers and distributor/dealer targets (excl. US)
- Accurate and up to date product pricing for end customers, distributors and dealers
- Assist in the setup of new products in the e-commerce system
- Assist in the setup of royalties in the e-commerce system
- Assist in day-to-day project management tasks (following up with project deliverables)
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education or experience
- Your written and verbal English skills are excellent
- Experience with e-commerce
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in music production
- Knowledge and experience of the music software industry, plug-ins, DAWs
- Experience with global B2B and B2C customer support
- Professional experience in an office admin environment
