NIRA Dynamics

NIRA has a well-established quality management system in place. Our top priority is also to keep evolving our ways of working. As we are a growing company, we have begun to establish a stronger quality responsibility in every unit and individual at NIRA, as opposed to focusing on a central supporting function. The Quality Manager will drive this change whilst remaining a solid anchor for the quality management at NIRA.

Join us at NIRA Dynamics as we are looking for a driven Quality Manager!

Your daily work

The NIRA Quality Manager is the catalyst for a well working quality management system across all units of the company. Other responsibilities include internal and external audit – locally as well as of satellite offices and suppliers – and maintaining our certifications. You are in charge of budget and the results thereof.

As a leading function at NIRA, you will be expected to work in close collaboration with all parts of NIRA’s organization. You will also have the opportunity to contribute in the extended management team at NIRA through strategic as well as operational work.

To be successful in this role, you have a hands-on, agile approach to your work and are motivated by solving problems and achieving goals. You succeed in establishing credibility in your relations, develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones by actively interacting with others to gain trust and long-lasting partnerships. When needed, you can ask for help from others to achieve set goals. We assume that you have significant personal strengths in the area of structure – to organize, plan and finish work using clear processes and a focus on deadlines.
