The reverse mentorship program is back for another year, and we’re looking for enthusiastic students and companies to take the lead.

Brilliant Mentors of the Future presents a unique and forward-thinking approach, where we invite you, as experienced professionals and company representatives, to step into the role of mentees, with talented young individuals as your mentors. It serves as a platform for personal and professional growth for both mentors and mentees, offering opportunities for skill development, enhanced decision-making, and breaking down the generational barriers between companies and students. It is a mutually beneficial arrangement where both mentors and mentees gain valuable insights and perspectives, and holds the potential to make a lasting impact on your personal and the organization’s development.
As a company representative, you will have the opportunity to team up with a student mentor. Together, you will engage in approximately five meaningful meetings during the upcoming spring semester of 2025 (excluding the kickoff and closing events). These sessions are designed to explore topics of relevance and interest that are mutually beneficial for both you and your student mentor. Are you ready to learn from them?

Fundamentally, a reverse mentorship program closes generational divides, fosters the flow of knowledge and ideas, and cultivates personal and professional development for both students and company executives. It’s a mutually beneficial arrangement that can leave a lasting and positive imprint on individuals and organizations alike.
As a student participant, you’ll team up with a company representative who will be your mentee. During approximately 5 meetings, you will get the opportunity to delve into topics that are relevant, fascinating, and beneficial for both you and your mentee.
