The best thing about working at Linköping Science Park is seeing how the community and new technology can really contribute to solving societal challenges. In my role as a communicator, I get to combine my interest in brand building and strategic work with a dynamic everyday life. I have the privilege of being part of the process management for the innovation platform Visual Sweden, where I work with events, communication, and project management. Among other things, I serve as an innovation block leader for the technology area of visualization and image analysis within Agtech Sweden.
I have a strong commitment to gender equality and equity issues, which is channeled through the network East Sweden Tech Women.
My background includes a bachelor’s degree in design from Linköping University as well as education in project management and digital communication. Previously, I have also run my own business in marketing and communication.

Oscar Spaak is a Project Manager at Linköping Science Park. With over 15 years of experience in innovation and organizational change, his main focus is on accelerating AI adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Östergötland region. He leads the “Kraftsamling AI Öst” initiative, a major EU-funded project that helps companies integrate AI solutions to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability.
Oscar’s expertise spans innovation management, business development, and change leadership, with a proven track record of supporting companies ranging from deep-tech startups to SaaS enterprises. His human-centered approach to transformation ensures sustainable, long-term change for both individuals and organizations.
Before joining Linköping Science Park, Oscar worked as an innovation advisor, entrepreneur, and team leader. His background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that companies face when adopting new technologies. Oscar is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator, known for his ability to inspire and engage audiences while providing practical tools for success.
Through the AI Öst network and various educational programs, Oscar creates meeting places where companies, academia, and public sector organizations can collaborate and share knowledge to build a stronger regional AI ecosystem.
