What is Switch to Sweden?

Explore, learn and find your perfect match!

In Switch to Sweden, we focus to improve the match between international academic talent with companies based in Sweden.

Why is this our main goal?

The constant growth of tech industries has created a new challenge: Attracting and retaining talent mostly in knowledge-intensive industries. By 2024 more than 70.000 people will be required to work in tech industries making this challenge critical for the business development of Swedish industries.

Today, we want to make that change

We invite all Swedish companies and international academic talent to take the first step, meet and learn from one another. Connect, expand your network and create new relationships based on talent skills.

Get onboard and let the AI magic tool be your matchmaker

Before meeting your perfect match, we can help you out by learning how to get prepared to give a great first impression. Both companies and international talents that would like to fine-tune their talent skills can do so by sharing all the good things they can bring to the table.

Then our powered-AI matchmaking tool will do the rest of the work and suggest who you could meet to explore future collaborations.
