Hi Beatrice, how does it feel to be part of Linköping Science Park?
It feels good to be a part of this amazing team! Everybody is very passionate about their work field, and I feel enthusiastic to start the journey with them.
How did you find us?
I have known about Linköping Science Park since I studied at Linköping University and when I saw the role and applied, it felt like the role description had my name written on it.
What are you spending your days on here in the park?
I will work within the department of Communications, but also as a Community Manager, which is a new position with the responsibility to engage the members of the clusters, as well as support the cluster leaders. I will work with communication for Swedish Scaleups, and in my community manager role in the projects IoT World, Cyberly, AI Sweden for example.
And what is your backstory, the short version?
Born and raised in Tranås in the county of Småland. I studied Graphic design and Communications at Linköping University at campus Norrköping. Worked within communications for six years in different roles, my latest role was as Digital Communicator at the business development company in Tranås, where I worked with content for the website, social media, place branding and with different events and projects. My greatest interest in life is group workouts, and I also work as a Group fitness instructor and teach classes in Bodypump, Core and Strength Development.
Last year me and my partner bought our first house and now we spend our time planning and building our dream home.
You have now been here a few weeks, what do you think is the best thing about working here with us?
I love to be in an environment where you develop with colleagues that has the same drive.
