Brilliant Mentors of the Future is a reversed mentorship program for people in leading positions in companies and students. The program aims at creating intercultural connections between universities and companies. The mentor and the mentee meet and discuss subjects that are relevant, interesting and developing for both parties. This is a chance for both professional and personal development for both company leader and student.

Linköping Science Park AB is owned by the City of Linköping. The Board is composed of representatives from the city’s political leadership, leading corporations connected to the park, and Linköping University.
The Student Board consists of students and PhD candidates from Linköping University. While it does not hold formal decision-making power, it engages with board documents and discussions in the same manner as the regular board. The purpose is to provide a broader perspective on the company’s operations and contribute to developing its strategic plans.

For the 11th year in a row, Code Summer Camp plays a vital role in securing the future talent pipeline for Sweden’s booming tech industry.
“This is a great way to open up your eyes to programming. There’s still a specific stereotype when people think about engineering, and the camp helps to eliminate that and broaden the perspective,” says Ellen Sörnäs, coach at Code Summer Camp.

She is now the CEO of Radar Reticence, focusing on improving the reliability of radar technology in a world where more vehicles than ever are equipped with radar for safety and autonomous functions.
