The IndX Pitch Day hosted by Toyota Material Handling in Mjölby was an absolute hit, with a great lineup of startups taking the stage.
We listened to fantastic presentations by five companies: Metapraxis / 42 Group , Parlametric, Sixdof Space, Gleechi, and Svenska Laserfabriken! The pitches covered data-driven sustainability reporting, AI-driven business intelligence when turning text and speech into narrative data and insights, ultra-fast optical tracking, VR for hands-on training in safe virtual environments, and compact sub-nanosecond mid-infrared lasers.
On every pitch day, we hand out a diploma called Most Valuable Pitch, to the startup we find has the best pitch. This time the winner was Metapraxis / 42 Group for addressing an essential topic in a very important area for mankind.
Robin Eriksson, our new project manager for IndX, moderated the program and kept everything running smoothly with us during the day. But that’s not all – we also got a factory tour of Toyota Material Handling’s factory, where we got to see their products in action, working seamlessly with all the connected logistics.
The next pitch day will be held at Husqvarna Group for the first time. They’re on the hunt for sensor technologies that can measure the world around them in an outdoor environment, and we can’t wait to see what exciting ideas will be presented. Check out this article for more information about what they’re looking for – and apply to IndX!
