On Tuesday October 11, Switch to Sweden had a webinar and presented the Talent map report on international talents and Swedish companies.
Switch to Sweden is a project financed by Vinnova with the aim of increasing the qualifying matches between companies in Sweden and international academic talent. To achieve this general goal a nationwide survey was conducted targeting companies in Sweden and international academic talent.
After obtaining more than 100 responses from companies and more than 500 responses from international talent, the general results and some recommendations have been summarized in a final report. The report can be found here.
