In November 2019, Amsterdam will be attracting over 300 of Europe’s leading logistics professionals, who will be attending the Logiconomi Forum – a unique event organized by Toyota Material Handling in association with Microsoft and Vanderlande, and in collaboration with several other innovative companies in the logistics sector.
Science Park Mjärdevi, together with Toyota Material Handling, arranges a pitch day where Mjärdevi companies get the chance to create direct contact with key players at Toyota and at the same time gain a direct seat at the Logiconomi Forum.
The logistics industry is developing and changing faster than ever before, due to ever-increasing consumer expectations combined with the development of new technologies. The programme at the Logiconomi Forum is designed to give a clear insight to trends in the business, with including a focus on automation, A.I., connectivity and new sources of energy.
A significant dimension of the event is the ‘Start-up Zone’, which is designed to allow a small number of new forward-thinking businesses to pitch their logistic concepts to this important audience. Each successful start-up will be provided with a presentation slot within the event programme, and display space to host discussions and demonstrations.
All entries will be assessed at based on relevance and merit, and the top five will be invited to participate at the Logiconomi Forum, which takes place 13th-14th November 2019. Some support for travel costs will be provided.
