Companies and society are exposed to increasingly cybercrimes in line with the ongoing digitization and a lack of competence to protect themselves. That is why Linköping University is starting a master’s program in cyber security.
The demand for students with a master’s in cyber security is considered to be high, and the experience from other universities that have begun to offer similar courses shows that the search pressure is high. Another proof of this was the great interest in LiU’s summer cyber security course, one of the most popular courses in the country this summer.
The master’s program in cyber security starts in the autumn of 2023.
