Meet Cecilia Stevrin, new Project manager for the project digital competence and lifelong learning
How does it feel to be part of Linköping Science Park?
It feels good to get the opportunity to be a part of Linköping Science Park.
How did you find us?
I knew about Linköping Science Park since I worked on a project to develop women in business. When I saw the role as project manager for the project digital competence and lifelong learning in my social media feed I applied. Lifelong learning has always been important for me and in this project I can contribute to the development of learning for others.
What are you spending your days on here in the park?
Right now I’m trying to catch up on all the details in the project. Digital competence for companies’ competitiveness is for small to medium enterprises who want to strengthen their digital competences and keep up with the development.
And what is your backstory, the short version?
The last 10 years I worked with school development in municipal operations. I worked as a project manager in ESF-project for validation and Tillväxtverkets project for women in business, I have also worked as an innovation manager in a project around implementation of innovation management systems.
My academic background is a master in educational design, fil. bsc within organization development and lifelong learning and project leading. I have also studied a lot of interesting courses.
You have now been here a weeks, what do you think is the best thing about working here with us?
It’s an interesting organization with a lot of projects going on, with a lot of competences and nice colleagues.
