Sweden International Talent Matchmaking 2024

All international master’s or doctoral students and companies in Sweden are welcome to participate in this national matching activity.
Based on specific skills and competencies, international students and companies will be matched. When companies and students accept a positive match, they can meet directly in a 20-minute meet and greet.
In past activities, more than 180 positive matches have been made between students and companies in the following areas:
- Computer science
- AI and machine learning
- Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering
- Biomedicine and Biotechnology
- Business, marketing, and human resources

Talents with the highest score
The talents who score the highest on the matchmaking tool, based on business needs and talent competencies, will be invited for a meet and greet.
What happens next?
- After registering, all companies can create the talent profiles that they are looking for. Various positions and fields of study can be created with specific skills.
- All international students can register by selecting specific skills and motivation factors in the matchmaking tool, (it is possible to upload a CV as well).
Event details
When and where is the digital event going to take place?
All the meetings are digital and will be held on March 20 from 13.00 to 15.00 via Zoom.
What is the last day to register?
Companies can register now until March 12.
We recommend creating talent profiles as soon as you sign up to start matching students with your talent profiles. Also, all the participating companies should have at least one talent profile created in Cruitive by this date if you would like to meet your matches.
When are the matches going to be run?
Profiles of all companies and talents will be matched from January 30. The matches will be run on an ongoing basis until March 12.
When is the deadline for companies to approve the matches?
We recommend approving or declining the matches as soon as the companies receive a match notification. The last day to approve the student matches is on March 12. Then the talents will then receive a notification about your interest in meeting them.
When is the deadline for students to approve the matches?
We recommend students approve or decline the companies’ matches as soon as they receive a notification from the company. The last day to approve the student matches is on March 14.
How do meet and greets work?
Each company can select timeslots of 20 minutes to meet the talents.
For a better experience, we recommend each company representative meet up to 6 candidates during the event. Further meetings can be arranged directly with the talents after the event if necessary.
