Switch to Sweden – New ways to connect

By 2024, we will need more than 70.000 awesome talents to work in tech industries in Sweden. Switch to Sweden is an initiative to help solve this challenge. Based on skills and motivation factors this initiative matches companies and international academic talents who are already in Sweden.

Anna Broeders

Anna Broeders works as a Community & Employer Branding Manager at Linköping Science Park, Linköping, Sweden. Today, the lack of talent is one of the biggest challenges for knowledge based companies. At Linköping Science Park they believe that by utilising international talent, they can create the conditions to ensure Swedish competitiveness and support companies’ need for talent. Anna is the project leader of Switch to Sweden, a national, Vinnova-funded initiative with the aim of increasing the number of qualified matches between international academic talents who are already in Sweden and recruiting companies.

In her position at Linköping Science Park, Anna supports companies by attracting talent to the Science Park, the region and the country as well as creating value for those who already act in the tech industry in the region.
