With the aim of connecting to new work opportunities, the project Switch to Sweden has created a specific matchmaking activity for international talents located in Skellefteå with companies throughout Sweden. All international talents in Skellefteå and companies in Sweden are welcome to participate in this national matching activity!
Based on specific skills and competencies, international talents and companies will be matched. When companies and talents accept a positive match, they can meet through direct contact.
In past activities, more than200 positive matches have been made between talents and companies in the following areas:
- Computer science and Software Engineering
- AI and machine learning
- Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering
- Biomedicine and Biotechnology
- Medicine and Health Care
- Business, Marketing, and Human Resources

What happens next?
- After registering, all companies can create the talent profiles that they are looking for. Various positions and fields of study can be created with specific skills.
- All international talents can register by selecting specific skills and motivation factors in the matchmaking tool, (it is possible to upload a CV as well).

How does it work?
Depending on the talent your company is looking for, you can create talent profiles with specific skills on a form that will be matched with the talent profiles.
What happens next?
After registering, all companies can create the talent profiles that they are looking for. Various positions and fields of study can be created with specific skills. Also, all international talents can register by selecting specific skills and motivation factors in the matchmaking tool, (it is possible to upload a CV as well).
