Remote Working: Bridging the Global Talent Gap
- 6 Nov 2024, 12:00-16:00
- Aurora, DoSpace Nova, Teknikringen 5, 583 30, Linköping and online
Join us on 6 November to explore the future of work and discover how remote working can shape a thriving, global workforce.
As Sweden and Europe face growing challenges from aging populations and a widening skills gap, staying competitive and innovative in the global market requires new approaches. The Vinnova-funded program, Switch to Sweden, is tackling these issues head-on by connecting international talent with Swedish companies. But to truly bridge the skills shortage, we need to think bigger.
Meanwhile, other geographic regions are home to young, dynamic populations eager for new opportunities. By leveraging remote work strategies, we can create a win-win solution that addresses Europe’s demographic shifts while empowering talented individuals from across the globe.
Join us for an exciting event where thought leaders from Colombia, Croatia, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Sweden, and Thailand will share their perspectives on how remote work can revolutionize the global workforce. Learn from international experts and local businesses on how we can build a more connected, competitive, and sustainable future through innovative talent supply strategies.
