Sweden ICT invites you to be part of Sweden Innovation Days “International Talent Matchmaking” and take the opportunity in matching your needs with the competence of international talents.Traditionally, our events attract many international master students as well as more senior talents from around the globe. Don’t miss this opportunity to get connected to top talents.

HOW TO APPLY?
Register a company profile in our tool along with job ads, and future competence needs that you have identified. The more information, the better! Last day to register is December 20.

MATCH BY AI TOOL
An AI tool will match your needs to the talents in our database in order to create the best match for all.

TALENTS WITH HIGHEST SCORE
The sixtalents that get the highest score in the matchmaking, based on your needs and their competence, will be invited to a 20-minute digital “meet and greet” with a representative from your company. When you find the right talent, we can guide you to the right support to relocate to Sweden.

WHEN?
The digital meetings will take place during Sweden Innovation Days, on January 19th, 2022.

PRICE
For companies with 20 employees or more there will be a fee of 2000 SEK, smaller companies can participate free of charge.
