Linköping and Norrköping are hosting this year’s Innovation Parliament that focuses on digital transformation. Together with Swedish Incubators and Science Parks, the regional members; LEAD Incubator, Science Park Mjärdevi and Norrköping Science Park, have planned the programme for the upcoming conference. During two days, more than 300 innovation actors will join the conference to discuss how to best capture the opportunities that digitalization provides. This discussion also includes innovation procurement and corporate governance – and how large corporations and public agencies can work more closely with small innovative SMEs and startups. During the innovation parliament more than 170 match-maked meetings have been setup to further explore these possibilities.

Key Note speakers are digital expert Darja Isaksson and Google’s Eva Fors, who will both address aspects on digitalization and the challenges and possibilities that lies ahead. On Wednesday, Leif Östling will be giving a talk on Industry 4.0. Parallel to this, there will be workshops and panel discussions addressing innovation, internationalization and digitalization from different points of view.

Regional co-creators to the conference are Linköping University, Linköping & Norrköping municipalities, Region Östergötland , the County Govenrment of East Sweden and Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery.
