The Position

You will join a global company under constant development, working to create, implement and secure UX design into Toyota Material Handling Europe’s different product ranges as well as creating the concepts of the future.

You consider the function, aesthetics, costs and usability of the products and ensure alignment with brand strategies and be an important part of the creation of tomorrow’s products. We are a small design studio with high ambitions offering opportunities for both professional and personal development.

We are looking for a passionate UX designer who wants to take our design studio to the next level. You have the confidence to improve our existing design, shape your ideas from scratch, and keep our systems up to date.

Your Responsibilities

  • Research ideas, user groups, user cases & products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and future technologies.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards and user flows to communicate design concepts and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
  • Design and document Graphical User Interface, using components from our design system.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to product owners and stakeholders to find the best “fit for purpose” implementation.
  • Iterate, prototype and test your design in collaboration with users to come up with the best solutions.
  • Work together with other UX designers and developers in different organisations during updates to our design systems.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a UX designer.
  • Experience leading or influencing UX/UI design system management.
  • Proficient in Agile software methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design.
  • Experience with interaction design of complex products.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with user research and tests.
  • Proficient in Figma and other UX design software packages.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments, infusing enthusiasm and motivation into team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in graphic design is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
