Our e-health solutions supports health care professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.

The position

This role is well suited for someone early in their career who wants to grow within Quality Assurance and software development while working with meaningful e-health solutions. As a Software Engineer with a QA focus, you will join a cross-functional development team where quality, learning, and collaboration are central.

You will be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining important e-health systems – from integrations with national services and specialist systems to medical devices and core healthcare workflows. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll work with solutions such as electronic referrals, national population registries, obstetrics and patient monitoring. Working hands-on with test automation, scripting, and the full development lifecycle, you’ll gradually take ownership of automated tests, test frameworks, and manual testing when needed. Close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners will support your growth as a QA-focused engineer.

Your tasks will include

  • Design, implement and maintain automated tests and test frameworks
  • Participate in code reviews and actively work with the team to ensure high quality releases
  • Identify and handle defects, as well as verify fixes
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in QA practices and tooling, including reliability and performance
  • Be involved early in design and requirement discussions to learn how to ensure testability from the start

 We offer

This role offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and develop deeper expertise within QA, while working on products that directly impact patient care and healthcare professionals’ daily work. You will be involved in everything from early requirements analysis to deployment, always with a strong focus on quality, learning, and continuous improvement.

About you

  • You’re early in your career (around 1–3 years of experience) and have worked with software development or testing. You’re curious and motivated to grow within QA and automation.
  • You’re comfortable writing code or scripts and have some exposure to test automation tools or frameworks – or a strong interest in learning and developing in this area.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI is a plus, but not required.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

We believe you are curious, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions, and you take pride in making things better—whether it’s through automation, smarter processes, or simply asking the right questions.

At Cambio, we value initiative and personal growth. Our culture is built on Trust, Care, and Together values we believe are important to both our work and our people. It’s important to us that you recognize and identify with these values.
