The Position

As our Intranet Specialist you will be operationally responsible for increasing the utilization of our pan-European Intranet among all our employees. The Corporate Communications department is growing its’ portfolio of strategic assignments, and we are proud to make a difference wherever we engage and support. You will be a key player in an experienced team of communication specialists responsible for internal and executive communication, culture and employer branding.

You will report to Jonas Lindell, Director Corporate Communications. Your base will be our headquarters in Mjölby, Sweden. Occasional but not regular business travels across Europe will be a natural part of your work.

Your Profile

This is not your first career step neither the last, but time has come to Move and apply your communication expertise, structural thinking and creative drive in a new and highly international environment.

The potential with a modern intranet that is continuously and proactively developed and governed, is since long your professional passion. So is content that is easy to use and easily found. Because you know how it can inspire and develop people and organisations.

You enjoy engaging in the optimisation of an intranet structure and the potential that its technology brings to present and structure content. You are creative and strategic but mostly you like to take it all the way. Doing so, efficiency is your middle name and AI your trusted sidekick. In your mind, you have already re-written this job ad, because editing and improving content is another force of habit. So is humbly supporting colleagues. Your written English is flawless, preferably also your Swedish. Or maybe you have other language skills.

Your professional love for intranets and content is sometimes rivalled by your desire to lead. Colleagues trust and follow you because you’re not just an expert; you’re a quality-oriented, creative force to be reckoned with—and a genuinely nice person to have in the trenches.
