The position

In the new area of Cambio Integration Competence Center (ICC), we are delivering integrations to our customers. Therefore, we are now looking for an Integration Competence Center (ICC) Coordinator that will plan and coordinate implementation of integrations and be part of building a successful service delivery team of Integration specialists.

The Cambio ICC Coordinator role coordinates all requests based upon a framework aligned Internal and with the customers. During the Implementation projects the coordinator controls the status, agreed time usage, etc.

The role will work closely with Technical Operations and R&D to improve the delivery of Integration capability connected to the Service Delivery.

Ability to continuously improve the way of working to ensure a first-class service delivery over time is essential for an ICC coordinator when delivering services as agreed.

As part of the new Integration Competence Center function, you will play a key role in building the team of integration specialists, establishing, and developing the processes as well as innovating the way the organization interacts both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience of Implement, Test and Release Integrations in a Managed Services Environment
  • Good technical knowledge in relevant are
  • Strong customer communication skills
  • Able to interact with clients and deal with the challenges presented by a strong client with a high degree of technical expertise
  • Able to lead teams and drive activities within tight timeframes
  • Knowledge in ITIL framework
  • Experience from working in an ITSM tool
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Relevant post-secondary degree

It’s a bonus if you

  • Have been operating in an international enterprise organization
  • Have experience from a Product and Service provider within the health care sector

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
