The Position
We are strengthening our team within the Information Security area at our headquarter in Mjölby. As an Information Security Manager, you will be part of our growing team managing the information security and risk management within Toyota Material Handling Europe. In this role you report to the Head of Enterprise Architecture.
Your Responsibility within the information security domain:
- Provide strategic support and develop strategies, principles, and policies for TMHE current and future risk landscape.
- Manage compliance and requirement fulfilment for entities and objects, advisory and risk compilation.
- Manage TMHE Information Security Management System.
- Translate business risk requirements and constraints into technical controls and specifications, as well as developing metrics and secure reporting.
- Collaborate with TMHE functions such as procurement and legal.
- Influence and contribute to the development of a secure management of information and risks within the organisation.
- Communicate and raise awareness within the organisation, participate in planning of education efforts.
- Based on interest and competence, possibilities to act Information- and IT-security expert in projects, implementing information classifications, perform risk analysis, educate with the purpose of raising security awareness, as well as review proposed business changes and new solutions based on TMHE framework and contribute with knowledge to secure them.
Your profile
- You have knowledge and experience from different Information Security areas, e.g., risk management, information classification, assurance activities and establishing information security policies.
- Experience in security work based on methods, legislation, and frameworks. Confident in working with legal, audit and compliance staff.
- Experience in security work in a hybrid or cloud environment, as well as in large organisations.
- Interest and ability to guide, promote and being an ambassador to co-workers within your area of expertise.
- Agree with TMHE values teamwork, respect, and challenge, and interested in strengthening TMHE security posture.
- Attentive and comfortable in being an expert as well as taking on leading roles.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
- Certifications in the field are an advantage, such as CISSM, CISSP or similar.
- Relevant education and/or experience and interest in Information and IT security.
