The Position
In this position, you will work alongside the team in HR Development, both supporting and learning in the day-to-day work within the HR Area. This internship will run during September to October 2024, for 10 weeks There will be opportunities to participate in some of our leadership programs, as well as assisting in the planning, administration, and monitoring of ongoing employee development projects. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also have your own administrative duties and a specific assignment tailored to the needs of Toyota Material Handling Europe. Most importantly our goal is to tailor this internship together with you.
During your internship you will have a special assignment which focuses on “Educational needs now and in the future”. The assignment has two key components:
- External Monitoring: Research and analyse the strategies and systems implemented by other companies for training their managers and employees. Investigate research articles to understand emerging strategies and methods aimed at meeting future educational needs.
- Internal Survey: Conduct a survey or interviews among managers and employees to identify their current and future development needs and preferred methods of training activities.
Your Profile
- Strong personal drive with a willing to learn and develop during your internship.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage others.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Doing your Master’s degree within HR at university.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
