The Position
This is the perfect position for you if you have worked a few years within HR and are ready for a new challenge. You will join a great team of HR professionals working together to support Toyota Material Handling Europe’s managers with the best HR support possible. You will primarily focus on administrative tasks such as contracts, bonus handling, and support to managers. This will be a key role in supporting one of Toyota Material Handling’s High Priority Programs – IGNITE in HR related matters. IGNITE aims to harmonize business operations and improve collaboration across Europe. With IGNITE, we are on a journey to identify opportunities for process improvement and harmonization while fostering cross-functional collaborations between both functions and borders.
You will report to the Director for HR Operations, Veronique Lenaers and work in close relations with the Senior Strategic HR IGNITE Project leader and with the HR Operations Advisory team.
Your Responsibilities
- First point of contact for HR questions for IGNITE project leads & members
- Coordinating resource allocations and resource contracts for IGNITE
- Handle purchase requisition forms for HR in SAP
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Supporting the annual salary and bonus review process in the project
- Follow-up the appraisal campaign
Your Profile
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understands the challenges of operating in diverse cross-cultural international relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital mindset and have a first experience in working with HRIS.
- Bachelor’s degree within the HR area or relevant experience.
- Few years experience within the HR area.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
