The Position
We are now strengthening our team with a skilled Contract Manager joining our central IT function within Toyota Material Handling Europe. You will handle our IT contracts and play a key role in Contract Management, interacting with stakeholders both internally and externally. This is a role for you with a background in information systems, who are ready to make a significant impact in a new role.
In this role you report to Johan Kroon, TMHE CIO.
Your Responsibility
- Lead negotiations and draft IT contracts
- Manage and maintain string relationships with IT Vendors
- Proactively identify and manage risk associated with IT contracts
- Ensure compliance and cooperate with other corporate functions
- Cost Management for IT contracts, driving financial business performance
- Participate in strategic projects
Your profile
- Working knowledge in negotiating and drafting IT contracts.
- Broad understanding of IT-systems and related technologies.
- Extensive knowledge regarding, license, pricing and sourcing models.
- Ability to build and maintain strong & long-term business relationships.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills including negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of risk management principles.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English.
- Relevant university degree or working experience that our company considers as equally applicable.
