The position

As a member of the IT Operations and Infrastructure department, you will be part of a team responsible for operating and maintaining the medical records system as a service to our customers. We’re looking for a skilled Technical Service Delivery Coordinator to join us!

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, such as departmental teams and customers, coordinating and integrating the technical components of service deliveries. You’ll also work alongside internal technical teams to develop time and resource plans that ensure seamless technical service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include detailed maintenance planning for infrastructure components and coordinating updates like security patches, antivirus measures, and application upgrades. You’ll actively participate in technical change meetings and assist with implementing these changes, making sure the operations team is fully informed on expectations and timelines.

About you

To excel in this role, you should be someone who values structure and is detail-oriented. As this is a new position at Cambio, we’re looking for someone curious and excited to shape and develop the role. You’ll need a balance of teamwork and independence, so if you’re equally comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously, this role could be a great fit for you.

As the Technical Service Delivery Coordinator, you’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders, both within our organization and among our external partners. Strong communication and collaboration skills are therefore essential to succeed and make an impact in this role.

Today, you may be working in a similar role as a technical coordinator or, for example, as a technical project manager, which has given you a solid and broad knowledge of IT and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Experience from a Technical Coordinator role or similar
  • Experience from IT infrastructure and Operations
  • Knowledge in ITIL
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and written

It is a bonus if you have

  • Knowledge in managing or coordinating technical changes and maintenance planning
  • Experience from working within ITIL change and release process
  • Proven leadership skills

Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
