The position

Business Process Configuration is one of the pillars in Cambio’s service delivery, and the Application Configuration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the best possible support for users in healthcare.

An Application Configuration Specialist’s primary responsibility is to perform requested configurations of the applications our customers demand based on incoming orders. They also review and quality-assure the orders to achieve the best possible experience for end-users working in the healthcare system. The work requires effective communication with both clients and other stakeholders, which is particularly important for achieving good results. Daily communication occurs in both meetings and writing, something you are comfortable with and can handle in both Swedish and English.

Working collaboratively with other colleagues in the Cambio team, you will also contribute to ensuring a high-quality service delivery to our customers. This specific role is new within Cambio, and you will be involved from the beginning to create and further develop the role and its working methods.

About you 

You appreciate creating structure and you are meticulous in your work. You are curious and willing to grow alongside the position. Both teamwork and the ability to work independently will be equally important, so someone with both qualities will fit well into the team.

The job will involve direct contact with our customers and stakeholders, so you will need to open and clear communication style. Additionally, have an analytical mindset with the ability to challenge requests and inquiries about configuration to ensure that what we ultimately configure aligns with what we should deliver as a whole.

Requirements

  •  Experience from configuration of COSMIC or similar systems.
  • Experience from COSMIC product areas such as Medication, Framework, Care Administration, Order Management, Theatre Management, COSMIC Intelligence, and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Communicates fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Experience in meticulous and structured work.

Place of employment: Linköping, Stockholm, Kalmar or Remote

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
