No matter the scale or scope, we ensure that every partner can contribute and create impact together.
Our organization at Linköping Science Park is complex. We focus on many different areas and we work in many different projects. Although, all of our key processes align with the region’s strengths and focus areas.
Our key processes that we use to create value:
The framework “A Path to a Regional Flagship” has been developed as a support for actors who want to drive system-changing initiatives, contribute to societal transformation and sustainable growth.
To facilitate its use, there is a methodological support in the form of a handbook and a digital tool. Together, they help actors reflect on their capabilities, assess the potential of initiatives and create alignment around direction and goals.
The framework can be applied in different phases and provides support in taking the next step – from idea to regional flagship.
