With a strong administrative background and hands-on experience in EU-funded projects, Erica helps streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and facilitate smooth collaboration in daily operations.

Prior to joining the company, Erica worked in the recruitment industry, where she gained valuable experience in coordination, communication and administrative excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Linköping University, which has given her a solid foundation to understand and support people-centered processes within organizations.
