Emma brings extensive experience from both agency and corporate environments, working with communication as a strategic driver for organizational development, innovation, and collaboration. Her work focuses on creating clarity and direction in complex initiatives where multiple stakeholders, ambitions, and interests intersect.
At the science park, Emma leads and supports strategic communication across initiatives such as IndX, DHS, Switch to Sweden, and Cyberly — projects spanning technology, talent, internationalization, and societal transformation. She works closely with project owners and partners to align strategy, narrative, and execution, ensuring communication actively supports long-term goals and impact.
Her approach combines strategic analysis with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, grounded in the belief that communication creates impact when it is anchored in purpose, direction, and shared intent.
