I lead Defense Hub Sweden, where business, the public sector and civil society collaborate to strengthen Sweden’s resilience. With a background as an international lawyer, peace observer and diplomat, I have worked in conflict resolution and security policy for almost 15 years – primarily in Eastern Europe and Russia, as well as in China and the Middle East. I know the effects of war, and I understand the need for prevention and deterrence. In recent years, I also worked with civil preparedness and Sweden’s total defense structure at the County Administrative Board, gaining insight into regional and national cooperation in practice.

Today, my focus is building collaborations and innovations that make a real difference for total defense in Sweden and the Baltic Sea Region.
