Mer om projektet och möjliga lösningar
Projektets syfte är att utveckla lagerhantering ute på kliniker och vårdinrättningar. Under projektets gång skall olika typer av tekniska lösningar utvärderas för att få en bättre och mer relevant lagerinventering och lagerhantering. Målsättningen är att testa och utvärdera tre olika lösningar. Lösningarna kommer att testas under max två månader. Då det rör sig om en mängd olika artiklar samt olika lager- och förrådslösningar i olika storlek är det mest troliga att flera olika tekniska lösningar kommer att behövas för att möta krav gällande utplock, inventering och tillgänglighet. Det är den fysiska interaktionen mellan vårdpersonal och lagret som vi kommer att fokusera på i våra tester, dvs. frontend/användarinterface i lagret, snarare än backend. Så de lösningar vi eftersöker behöver alltså fokusera på frontend.
Tekniska lösningar
System med QR och/eller streckkoder
Visionen för ett QR-/streckkodssystem är att det skall vara väldigt enkelt och snabbt att använda för vårdpersonalen. Olika tekniker och användarfall med fastmonterade eller portabla läsare kommer att undersökas.
System med RFID-läsare och etiketter
Visionen för ett RFID-system är att det skall vara väldigt enkelt och snabbt att använda för vårdpersonalen. Olika tekniker och användarfall med fastmonterade eller portabla läsare kommer att undersökas.
System med kamera och AI
Visionen för ett kamerasystem är att få en lagerhanteringslösning som liknar den som visas här! Detta är något som används i helautomatiska butiker, t ex Amazon Go. I vårt fall behöver vi inte koppla ett artikeluttag till en person utan bara artiklarna skall registreras.
System med hyllkantsetiketter och knappar
Visionen för ett system med hyllkantsetiketter är att det skall vara väldigt enkelt och snabbt att använda för vårdpersonalen. Tryckknappar för + och – skall reglera lagerstatus på respektive hylla.
Öppen lösning
Utöver det tekniska lösningar som har beskrivits ovan är projektet öppen för andra tekniska lösningar som
skulle resultera i ett system som uppfyller kraven i första kapitlet.
IoT project looking for companies with technical solutions!
The project “Guidance of IoT for the future supply of materials in the public sector” is currently seeking companies with technical solutions that are interested in working with the project. The project management is currently gathering stakeholders who want to take part in the RFI. More about the project and possible solutions
The purpose of the project is to develop stock management in clinics and care facilities. During the project, different types of technical solutions will be evaluated to get a better and more relevant inventory and inventory management. The goal is to test and evaluate three different solutions. The solutions will be tested for a maximum of two months. As these are a number of different items as well as different warehouse and storage solutions in different sizes, it is most likely that several different technical solutions will be needed to meet requirements regarding selection, inventory and availability. It is the physical interaction between healthcare staff and the warehouse that we will focus on in our tests, ie. frontend / user interface in the warehouse, rather than backend. So the solutions we are looking for need to focus on the front end.

System with camera and AI
The vision for a camera system is to get a warehouse management solution similar to the one shown here! This is something that is used in fully automated stores, such as Amazon Go. In our case, we do not need to connect an article outlet to a person, only the articles must be registered.
System with shelf edge labels and buttons
The vision for a system with shelf edge labels is that it should be very easy and fast to use for healthcare staff. Pushbuttons for + and – must regulate the stock status on each shelf.
Open solution
In addition to the technical solutions described above, the project is open to other technical solutions such as
