In IndX, four partners work together, seeking innovative solutions and ideas to strengthen their organizations. Throughout the year, IndX Days are organized to connect startups and partners, promoting collaborative opportunities. Additionally, the partners gather during internal IndX Competence Team Days, where various focus areas are explored, inviting members from diverse competence teams to participate and contribute.

In October, the competence teams for the Autonomy and Connectivity, and Sustainability field met, discussing what’s of interest within their specific focus area. AI Change Agent Oscar Spaak from Linköping Science Park was invited to the autonomy and connectivity meetup to share his spotted trends within generative AI. Karl Eldebo presented the Swedish climate startup landscape, aswell as his research on connecting large corpoarations with startups. Tomas Westlund from Rise presented about the latest trends in IoT and connectivity.

Increasing startup readiness

The competence team meetups are a tight forum, with about 10-30 employees from each corporation joining. It’s is a great opportunity for partners to interact about current startup collaborations and discuss future interest in startups. Eventually it leads to an increase in readiness working with startups in general.

“The strength is doing this in specific themes and focuses, since we can collect the right people and really have a focused group as well. This leads to synergies that empower the efforts towards sustainability and future autonomy and connectivity in products and processes within the partners organisations,” says Robin Eriksson, program manager IndX.
