Product Lifecycle Management and Integrated Logistic Support creates system availability and values for the customers.
ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) is an integrated and iterative process for developing products and a support strategy that optimizes functional support, required resources that will give a lower life cycle cost and a smaller logistics footprint. Originally developed for military purposes but the methodology or parts of it is also widely used in commercial product support or customer service organizations.
