Frukostträff med Kvadrat och East Sweden Tech Women
Välkommen till en inspirerande frukostträff för kvinnor inom tech, där vi tillsammans utforskar hur psykologisk trygghet inte bara påverkar vårt välmående – utan också vår förmåga att bygga säkra, innovativa digitala lösningar.
Vad har arbetsklimatet att göra med cybersäkerhet?
Mycket mer än man kanske tror. Studier visar att team där medlemmarna vågar göra fel, tänka högt och ifrågasätta, har betydligt bättre förutsättningar att både innovera och minimera säkerhetsrisker. Psykologisk trygghet är med andra ord en strategisk fråga – inte bara en mjuk.
Under morgonen bjuds du på:
- En föreläsning från Kvadrat, som delar insikter om psykologisk trygghet kopplat till säkerhetskultur och ledarskap
- Ett interaktivt workshop, där vi utforskar våra egna erfarenheter och hur vi kan stärka tryggheten i våra team
- God frukost och tid för nätverkande med andra kvinnor och icke-binära i tech-branschen

För dig som identifierar dig som kvinna eller icke-binär och är verksam inom tech, cybersäkerhet, ledarskap eller bara är nyfiken på hur kultur och säkerhet hänger ihop.

East Sweden Tech Women is a network for women and non-binary professionals and students in the technology sector in East Sweden. The purpose of the network is to arrange and partake in events to develop the participant’s professional identity, skills, and meet others who are interested in the same thing as you.

The network works primarily through meetings with different organizations that get the chance to show and teach their technologies. Our goal is to create a community where like-minded individuals can come together and share their passions while radiating positivity. We are committed to promoting sisterhood and bridging the gender gap in the tech industry specifically in East Sweden.
A national cybersecurity innovation hub
Sweden Secure Tech Hub is a national cybersecurity innovation hub that helps small and medium-sized tech companies to create safer digital products and solutions – starting already in the design and development phase. We offer a variety of resources and services, from inspiration and skills development to consulting support, testing opportunities and help finding funding for concrete development initiatives. Much of what we offer is completely free for your company.
