Managing the Transition from AI Chatbots to AI Agents

A joint event by AI Öst and The AI Collective (Sweden Chapter)

Most organizations have spent the last couple of years getting comfortable with AI chatbots. The next step is a bigger one. AI agents do not just answer questions, they take action, complete tasks and work across systems on your behalf. That shift changes how we build, govern and trust the technology, and it raises real questions about responsibility, control and how teams actually adopt this in daily work.

This afternoon brings together business leaders, builders and curious practitioners from across the region to make sense of that transition together. Expect honest conversation, concrete examples and plenty of room to connect with peers who are working through the same questions.

Programme

• 15:00  Soft start with coffee and mingle
• 15:30  Panel discussion: from chatbots to agents, what changes and what it means for your business
• After the panel  Focus groups and a shared exercise where we dig into the practical side together
• 17:00 onwards  Afterwork with drinks and snacks, time to keep the conversation going in a more informal setting
• 19:00  Wrap up

The format is built to be useful whether you are just starting to explore AI or already running agents in production. The panel sets the scene, the focus groups make it concrete, and the afterwork is where the real connections happen.
