Johanna Judkins
HR Expert - Global PCBP Lead Volvo Group
Johanna is a business-oriented strategic leader with extensive global and multicultural experience across various industries. She has a long track record of leading, developing, and building organizations and companies from both an HR and business perspective.
- She began her HR career at AstraZeneca in 2001, focusing on attracting, recruiting, and relocating talent from around the world to Sweden. She remained with the company for over a decade, working internationally with a focus on Global Mobility.
- Over the years, she has established Global Mobility functions in multiple companies, including CEVT for Geely in Gothenburg, as well as companies in the logistics and retail industries.
- She has extensive experience leading courses and training in Talent Management, Global Mobility, and International Recruitment.
- Since 2012, Johanna has been running her own company, Judkins Consulting AB.


Anthony van Oosten
Market Area Manager - Sectra
Originally from South Africa, Anthony van Oosten earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering before moving to Linköping in 2020 to pursue a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering at Linköping University. After graduating in 2022, he joined one of the largest health tech companies in Linköping, where he continues to contribute his expertise today.

Project Manager - Linköping Science Park
Hela Galvis works as a project manager for the national project Switch to Sweden, which aims to improve the matching between highly skilled international talents and companies in Sweden’s tech sector.
Hela holds a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on strategy and management of international organizations from Linköping University. She has extensive experience in both local and international business environments, with a focus on technology, marketing, and communication.


Chana Svensson
Co-founder - MindDig
Chana Svensson is an American entrepreneur and attorney specializing in innovative solutions at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and economic development. She is the co-founder of MindDig, a digital talent attraction and recruitment platform designed to accelerate the growth of green technology clusters. MindDig strategically connects leading talent from around the globe to northern Sweden and other industrial innovation hubs, fueling rapid yet sustainable economic transformation.
Previously, Chana co-founded Soilcea, an agriculture technology startup pioneering transformative products through advanced genetic editing technologies, including CRISPR. Her work with Soilcea was dedicated to addressing critical challenges in agriculture, food security, and environmental sustainability.
Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Chana practiced antitrust law at WilmerHale and international bankruptcy law at White & Case in Washington, D.C. She also served as a policy advisor and political consultant to prominent U.S. political leaders, shaping agricultural, environmental, and water policies at both state and national levels.


Linnéa Lindgren
Communication Manager - Swedish Institute
Linnéa works at the Swedish Institute, a public agency that promotes interest and trust in Sweden around the world. She is a marketing manager working with the brands Study in Sweden and Work in Sweden with a specific goal of retaining more international students in Sweden after their studies.


Abhijeet Anand
AI Lead - Blue Cromos
Abhijeet Anand is an AI lead at a Malmö based start-up company Blue Cromos (a brand protection company). Coming from India, Abhijeet did his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering and worked as a Software and ML developer for 3 years at Siemens India.
Abhijeet came to Sweden in 2021 to pursue his Master’s in Statistics and Machine Learning from Linköping University. Post completion of his degree in 2023, he moved to Malmö to join Blue Cromos, as a Computer Vision Engineer where he is currently leading the AI team.
