Project Manager - Switch to Sweden
Hela Galvis is the project manager for the national initiative Switch to Sweden, which aims to enhance the alignment between highly educated international talent and companies in Sweden’s tech sector. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in strategy and management of international organizations from Linköping University. Hela brings extensive experience in both local and international business, with a strong focus on technology, marketing, and communication.
Therese Lindkvist
Linköping university and Euraxess
Therese Lindkvist serves as the International Coordinator at Linköping University, specializing in researcher mobility. She is also the Project Manager for Euraxess Sweden, an initiative by the European Commission to promote researcher mobility to and within Europe, funded by Vinnova in Sweden. A key issue that has gained significant attention recently is the opportunity for researchers to build careers outside academia. In response, Euraxess released a report in April 2024 titled “Can Sweden Afford to Lose Them?”, which explores this critical topic.
