The position

As a Technical Consultant you will join Medius Professional Services team and play a vital role in projects implementing our spend management suite for our customers. You will be responsible for the technical deliverables within our customer projects, such as deploying and configuring integrations between our suite and our customers’ ERPs, guiding our customers in usage of our APIs, and implementing EDI invoice imports. You will also be key in translating our customers’ technical requirements and system layout into best practice setup and usage of our solutions.

Some of the tasks you will be performing:

  • Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations
  • Guide and support customers when communicating with Medius APIs
  • Conduct technical workshops with customers to gather and translate requirements
  • Guide customers in best practice processes and configuration
  • Configuration and technical setup of our SaaS applications
  • Implement EDI invoice imports

Requirements for the position:

  • A good understanding of integrations and APIs
  • Prior experience of IT system implementations, preferably cloud based/SaaS
  • Structured work approach and good communication skills
  • The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
  • Fluent in local language of the region you will be located in (SE, NO, DK, NL, PL), both spoken and written
  • Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of IT system in general
  • Available for travels to client. Most work is done from your desk, but there might be occasional visits to client sites as the project work warrants (post COVID-19).

The following experiences are also beneficial:

  • Prior experience in Spend management, S2P/P2P
  • Knowledgeable around REST APIs
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, SAP or Infor M3
  • A Bachelor of Science degree, or higher
