Your team and daily work
You will join one of our teams that consist of around ten skilled, easy-going and highly motivated members. The teams are well structured withclarified roles and are responsible for integration and adaptation of NIRA’s products into our customers’ projects, both domestic and foreign. We strive to build long and strong relations with our customers and partners worldwide in order to give them world-class support during the projects and throughout the product’s life cycle.
As a Systems Engineer your main responsibility is to perform parameter optimization which will determine the end performance in customer vehicles. You will be involved in the process from test planning to verification of customer requirements. You are also expected to contribute to the whole team’s wellbeing and performance and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
Your future career path is to become technical leader in your team and being the technical point of contact for the customer, ensuring their expectations are met.
You will be involved in several of the following tasks:
- Performance tuning of the products
- Requirements engineering
- Prepare analyses and reports to the customer
- Development and improvements of tools, processes and products
Minimum Qualifications
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of working experience as an engineer
- Requirement management
- Signal processing
- Fluent in English
- Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications within some of the following fields
- Leadership experience
- Experience of working with customer interaction
- Matlab
- C/C++ or Python
- Automotive experience
- Vehicle dynamics
- German, French or Portuguese
