We are therefore looking for a student employee on part-time basis, approximately one day a week, to reinforce the work with HR marketing by using digital tools and social media.
About the job and the skills required
The HR team consists of our HR manager and HR coordinator. We work closely as a team and are now looking for another team member who can strengthen our work with HR marketing. If you have previous experience in marketing or social media that’s beneficial, but at least you have to have a great interest in communication and be active in social media yourself. You must be able to communicate with ease in a contemporary tone and use digital tools unhindered.
Your work assignments will be to create content for recruitment marketing, LinkedIn posts, stories for our career page, video material and internal communication. On occasion also plan and carry out student fairs as well. We use English as our communication language and therefore you need to be comfortable communicating in English. Communication skills in Swedish are beneficial.
We prefer that you study a post-secondary education within these areas: marketing, communication, HR, or equivalent.
Your profile and availability
As a person, you are creative, organized, and brave. You dare to express your ideas, take on tasks without hesitation and conduct your assignments in a structured way. You are not afraid to contact new people and contribute in a positive way to the great atmosphere in our workplace.
You need to be able to spend about 8 hours per week to contribute to this role, and we prefer if you have at least one year left in your studies.
