Job description

One of the biggest challenges companies face today is the lack of talent. Linköping Science Park actively works to facilitate the attraction of talent and support the companies. To connect the students from Linköping University with the business in our region is therefore an important task!

As a student employee you will focus on bringing the students and companies closer to each other. You will be the project leader for a reversed mentorship program between business leaders and students. In this position you will both work with Linköping Science Park and with the City of Linköping, department of business and economic development. You will also connect with other student employees in Linköping and East Sweden.

Your profile

We think you have a great interest in people and relations. You have a good network at the university with students from different backgrounds and study directions. You should also have an interest in getting in contact with the local business. Experience of collaboration with companies is meritorious.  As a person you are able to work independently and drive your own project. You are good at communicating, in both writing and speaking.

To become a student employee, you are required to begin your final year of education next academic year. The working hours are adapted to the studies but will be approximately 20-25% calculated on a full-time basis during two semesters. Throughout the assignment, you will have a supervisor.
